At Glarebomb, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation

  • Not show signs of installation, damage, or modification

To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@glarebomb.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Gift cards

  • Products that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Glarebomb is not responsible for items lost during return shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Certain products may be subject to a manufacturer restocking fee of up to 25%, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
